All employees in IC GLOBAL TEST have signed declaration for protection of industrial and commercial secrecy

I HEREBY DECLARE

- That I am aware of and accept the principles of work in Testing Center "GLOBALTEST"

- That I will perform my work conscientiously, impartially and honestly, and will resist any administrative and financial pressures that would affect the technical conclusions of the Centre and harm the confidence in its independence and objectivity in carrying out its test activity;

- That I will not place an information to outside parties’ disposal concerning information or test results, which may harm the reputation of the interests of Centre’s clients;

- That I will submit an information concerning test results to the supervisory and state authorities only with the consent of the Head of the Centre;

- That I will keep a record of all tests in a manner that precludes access of interest from outside parties to it;

- That I will inform the Head of Centre when s.o. requires a confidential information concerning the interests of our customers;

- I'm familiar with the provisions of the Law for state and official secrets and the Competition Act and the responsibilities that I personally assume in case of violation.

for quality policy of TESTING CENTER GLOBAL TEST

The Management of IC GLOBALTEST Ltd hereby declares its main objectives of its policy of quality, as follows:
- Complete satisfaction of customers’ requests regarding assigned work through high quality services
- Increasing efficiency of services in the implementation of financial budget processes and methods that would prevent possible errors
- Motivating employees through initial and further training and providing good microclimate in their work;
- Taking care for staff with adequate remuneration and ensuring better working conditions;
- Open partnership with suppliers of goods and services.
These main objectives are underlined in the established and maintained quality assurance system, ensuring consistency between the test quality and contractors’ requirements through continuous improvement of the analysis and tests quality. This is achieved by using:
- Modern test and measurement equipment;
- Precise analytical methods in accordance with national, European and international standards;
- Highly qualified staff;
As an evidence of high professionalism and competence in their work for customer satisfaction, IC GLOBALTEST undertakes:
- To perform services reliably and competently in respect of technical and legal rules, handing the desired information within specified deadlines and in an appropriate form;
- Considers as crucial to his success factor the satisfaction and confidence of its customers by providing quality, verified and tested analytical results;
- Establishes and maintain good working atmosphere, expressed in mutual trust and respect for collaboration, constant training - to conduct training in compliance with the requirements of security and safety working rules, environmental protection, commitment to professional work, acknowledge personal and collective success;
- Ensures effective control over the analytical process and its suitability;
- Avoids conflicts of interest and accept only contracts that can be implemented fairly and professionally;
- Helps all employees to identify and make the most of the opportunities for improving their work quality using the maximum of available resources;
- Determines and corrects errors and sources of such errors in itswork, so such to be avoided in the future; businesslike and efficient examine of such complaints and objections from customers correctly removes accept the claim;
- Ensures a regular control over functioning of the quality system by conducting internal audits.
All employees of IC GLOBALTEST undertake in this context to pursue their objectives for quality, giving a personal contribution in carrying out the above quality policy. Any information and customer data is treated as confidential and is not available to third parties. Through personal “declarations of protection of commercial and industrial secret” IC staff undertakes strict objectivity.

This declaration is an integral part of the quality system of the IC GLOBALTEST Ltd. Payment for the services of the IC is carried out regardless of the analysis’ results.

DECLARATION ON THE BEFALF OF THE MANAGEMENT

IC GLOBALTEST has documented its quality system. All valid IC processes and responsibilities are described. Thus we proving that all activities are planned and run under proper control.
The Quality system and its documentation will be updated to changing conditions.
The following will be taken into account: the level of technology, legal requirements, market needs, the type of service expectations and customer satisfaction, training and motivation of employees, environmental and economic considerations.
The Management of IC GLOBALTEST Ltd declares that it and IC GLOBALTEST collaborators are not subject to internal and external commercial financial or other pressures that could negatively affect the quality of work. The company performs all activities in strict confidentiality, independence and generally in accordance with good professional practice. Expectations and customer satisfaction is our priority. IC GLOBALTEST Ltd takes responsibility before its customers for any damages or admitted errors in the tests.
The IC Global Test Executive and Quality Executive shall look after the quality system in place to implement and maintain the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
The Management of the company providеs the necessary financial and human resources.
Quality Manual is indicative and is mandatory for all staff in the IC GLOBALTEST.
The requirements set in the Quality Manual will be subject to annual review for their implementation.
Quality Manual is the intellectual property of IC GLOBAL TEST and is protected by the Bulgarian legislation. It may be reproduced, distributed or otherwise transmitted to third parties only with the consent of IC GLOBALTEST LTD.
